Hi, my name is Emmilou Reyna, a Registered Massage Therapist with over two and a half years of experience. After working in a clinic setting, I chose to open my independent, home-based practice, Reset and Rise Bodywork, to create a calm, personal, and supportive space where clients can truly focus on their well-being.

In April 2025, I completed my Diploma in Manual Osteopathy, expanding my skills and treatment approach to better support the body as a whole. As both a Registered Massage Therapist and Manual Osteopathic Therapist, I personalize every session based on how you’re feeling that day, ensuring your care is thoughtful, intentional, and tailored to your individual needs.

As a mother of three energetic boys and a plant lover, I understand how important balance and self-care are in everyday life. My passion lies in supporting individuals and families through all stages of life—whether that means relieving physical discomfort, managing stress, or simply creating space to reset and recharge.

Policies and Procedures

Please take time to read before booking your appointment

1. At Reset and Rise Bodywork, your comfort and experience are always our priority.

2. Life happens, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps us offer your time to another client in need. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a $45 fee, which will be charged to the card we keep securely on file.

3. To make the most of your session, we encourage you to arrive a few minutes early. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may need to consider it a cancellation, and if you’re just a little late (5–10 minutes), your session may be shortened so we can stay on schedule for everyone.

4. For your convenience, we accept credit card payments, and rebooking your next session before you leave is always encouraged so you can keep your care consistent. If it’s your first visit, please allow a little extra time — we’ll spend a few minutes getting to know you, your needs, and how we can best support you before beginning treatment.

5. For everyone’s safety and well-being, we reserve the right to refuse or end a treatment at any time. Reasons may include, but are not limited to: intoxication, inappropriate or derogatory comments, sexual or romantic advances, illness and contagious or unidentified skin conditions such as rashes, warts, or bug bites. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for another day.
